Calico Unicorn proudly offers FREE shipping with insurance
to anywhere within the USA
through the US Postal Service (USPS)

Arrival is 3-5 days once shipped -- tracking information will be
provided via email once shipped.

Tracking information is also available by logging into your account under your orders.
Your lovely purchases are individually gift-wrapped, tied with a bow, and placed into a muslin cloth gift bag -- ready for gift-giving!

We ship your purchase in padded envelopes and include a FREE gift with every purchase.

All other countries: $18 Flat Rate

One-of-a-kind items are packaged and ready to ship from our studio in Maine
Mondays - Fridays
Orders placed before 10 am EST will be shipped the same day
Orders placed after 10 am EST will be shipped the next business day
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Once ordered, processing times can take up to one week with most items shipping out within 72 hours, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours.

Calico Unicorn is mostly a one-woman shop -- every item is crafted by hand from beginning to end by Elizabeth.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction and joy with your purchase is our top commitment. Although we strive for it, we don't expect to get it perfectly right every time but if there is an error on our part, we will work with you to fix it!

Refunds and exchanges are permitted within 30 days after you have received your order. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us to let us know the issue with your order.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
