CREATING YOUR DESIGN
 
Your custom jewelry deposit secures your spot and lets us get started designing your jewelry. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to give some extra information so we can contact you.
 
From there, we will reach out to you to discuss your preferences and desired design. Whether you're inspired by something in our catalog or your current jewelry collection or you want to add some color, stones, or unique inclusions to enhance the piece, the possibilities are endless.

Once you approve your design, any remaining balance is settled and we begin creating your one-of-a-kind jewelry piece.

YOUR DEPOSIT IS 100% REFUNDABLE
 
If you decide for any reason to not proceed with designing your custom jewelry, your deposit is 100% refundable.  You have until we start crafting your jewelry to make any changes or request a cancellation and refund. 
 
Depending on the setting and style of jewelry you decide on, you may have a remaining balance - 100% of your deposit will be applied toward the total price of your custom jewelry.
