CREATING YOUR DESIGN
 
Your cremation jewelry deposit secures your spot and lets us get started designing your jewelry. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to give some extra information so we can contact you.
 
From there, we will reach out to you to discuss your preferences and desired design. Whether you want to keep the ashes as the main focus or add some color, stones, or unique inclusions to enhance the piece, the possibilities are endless.

Once you approve the finalized design, we order your desired setting and wait to receive your ashes and other inclusions, which we will carefully process. Any remaining balance will be settled, and then we begin creating your one-of-a-kind cremation jewelry piece.

YOUR DEPOSIT IS 100% REFUNDABLE
 
If you decide for any reason to not proceed with designing your cremation jewelry, your deposit is 100% refundable.  You have until we start crafting your jewelry to make any changes or request a cancellation and refund. 
 
Depending on the setting and style of jewelry you decide on, you may have a remaining balance - 100% of your deposit will be applied towards the total price of your custom cremation jewelry. 
 
SHIPPING YOUR ASHES AND INCLUSIONS
 
After completing your cremation deposit order you will receive an email with instructions for sending your ashes and other optional inclusions. These instructions can also be found on our website under cremation jewelry.
