HOW IT WORKS
 
The process of turning breastmilk into jewelry is a unique and intricate one that requires precision and care. It all begins with the collection of the breastmilk from the mother, which is shipped to our studio in Maine.
 
Once the breastmilk arrives at our studio, we follow a proprietary process to turn it from a liquid into a powder. This involves carefully dehydrating the breastmilk to remove any excess moisture, leaving behind a concentrated powder that we then mix with resin.
 
This breastmilk resin mixture is then poured into a mold to create a breastmilk stone, which is carefully crafted and polished to perfection. This breastmilk stone can then be set into a variety of jewelry settings, such as pendants, rings, and earrings, turning them into stunning pieces of wearable art.
 
CREATING YOUR DESIGN
 
Your breastmilk jewelry deposit secures your spot and lets us get started designing your jewelry. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to give some extra information so we can contact you.
 
From there, we will reach out to you to discuss your preferences and desired design. Whether you want to keep the breastmilk as the main focus or add some color, stones, or unique inclusions to enhance the piece, the possibilities are endless.

Once we have finalized the design, we order your desired setting and wait to receive your breastmilk, which we will carefully process into powder. Any remaining balance will be settled, and then we begin creating your one-of-a-kind breastmilk jewelry piece.

If you decide for any reason to not proceed with designing your breastmilk jewelry, your deposit is 100% refundable.  You have until we start crafting your jewelry to make any changes or request a cancellation and refund. 
 
Depending on the setting and style of jewelry you decide on, you may have a remaining balance - 100% of your deposit will be applied toward the total price of your custom breastmilk jewelry.

Getting your breastmilk to us is easy! Our all-in-one breastmilk shipping kit contains everything you will need to collect and ship your breastmilk safely to us. However, if you have all the supplies on hand and would like to purchase your own shipping, you can package it up according to our instructions and ship it to us at the address provided.
